Our Quality Control System
From infrastructure to superstructure, across 4 locations
a single standard of quality assurance.
In our Aksaray, Balıkesir, Malatya, and Egypt laboratories, control and testing processes conducted in line with quality plans and ITPs are monitored digitally; product conformity is fully assured against national and international standards, client requirements, and project technical specifications.
Quality is not just a checkpoint,
it is the common language of the entire process.
At Kuzeyboru, total quality begins with defining customer expectations and project requirements; it covers the entire product lifecycle—from raw material and supplier selection to manufacturing, laboratory verification, dispatch, and on-site field performance.
Our Quality Department serves as the assurance and verification hub of this framework. Raw material and component inspections, in-process audits, laboratory tests, certification workflows, dispatch approvals, and field feedback are unified under a single, integrated quality methodology.
In our Aksaray, Balıkesir, and Malatya laboratories, product conformity is verified in strict accordance with national and international standards, customer requirements, and project technical specifications. Critical production metrics, inspection data, and test results are recorded digitally; the resulting data is actively utilized for early risk detection, full traceability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Behind our 25+ years of engineering expertise and Kuzeyboru solutions deployed across 105 countries lies not only robust manufacturing technology, but an enterprise-wide culture of total quality.
5 laboratories, one unified result.
From raw material to dispatch,
a 5-stage quality control system.
Our products undergo defined quality control phases from raw material acceptance and the manufacturing process through to laboratory testing, final inspection, and dispatch. All inspections are recorded digitally, ensuring complete product traceability throughout production.
Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
Raw materials and critical inputs are thoroughly inspected against defined acceptance criteria prior to production release. Non-conforming materials are never released to manufacturing lines.
- Verification of raw material test certificates (MTC) and technical documentation
- Batch/lot and supplier traceability verification
- Mandatory raw material sampling and laboratory tests
- Visual and physical receiving inspections
- Verification of compliance with relevant standards and technical specifications
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
Product and process parameters are monitored continuously throughout manufacturing according to established inspection and test plans. Any detected deviations are logged immediately to trigger corrective actions.
- Diameter, wall thickness, and dimensional inspections
- Visual surface inspection and geometric conformity checks
- Real-time production parameter tracking
- Line- and product-specific process controls
- Digital logging of in-process inspection results
Laboratory & Product Verification
Samples taken directly from production lines undergo rigorous laboratory testing according to product classification and applicable standards, verifying mechanical, physical, and long-term performance properties.
- Physical and mechanical property testing
- Hydrostatic pressure and performance tests
- Raw material and product characterization analysis
- Product-specific standard compliance tests
- Digital logging and reporting of test results
Final Inspection & Traceability
Finished goods undergo comprehensive final quality control before release. Pipe markings, manufacturing data, and batch records are verified to guarantee end-to-end retrospective traceability.
- Final dimensional verification and visual inspections
- Product marking, inkjet print, and label verification
- Verification of lot/batch and manufacturing details
- Identification, segregation, and quarantine of non-conforming products
- Completion and archival of final quality records
Pre-Shipment Inspection & Release
Packaged and staged consignments are checked one final time for quantity, packaging integrity, product identification, documentation, and physical condition. Consignments meeting all quality criteria receive shipping clearance.
- Product and sales order conformity checks
- Packaging, strapping, and labeling inspection
- Pre-loading visual condition inspection
- Verification and release of quality dossiers and test certificates
- Final quality sign-off for dispatch
Diverse manufacturing technologies. One unified quality approach.
