Abrasion Resistance Certification for Kuzeyboru GRP Pipes from TÜV AUSTRIA
The long-term abrasion resistance of Kuzeyboru GRP pipes has been internationally verified through the PD CEN/TR 15729 (Darmstadt Abrasion Test) conducted under the supervision of the independent inspection body TÜV AUSTRIA.

In challenging infrastructure systems where sewage, wastewater, and abrasive fluids are transported, the inner surface resistance of the material directly determines the total lifespan of the project. To measure this critical performance, Kuzeyboru GRP pipes were subjected to a rigorous test of 200,000 cycles with standard abrasive materials in the Darmstadt Abrasion Test performed under TÜV AUSTRIA’s oversight.

Official measurement data obtained after 200,000 cycles proved that the abrasion on the inner surface of the pipes remained at a minimum level, once again demonstrating the superior performance of our products under harsh field conditions.
