Pipes Used in Underfloor Heating Systems:
The pipes used in Kuzeyboru’s underfloor heating systems:
- Are resistant to high temperatures and pressure
- Are resistant to cracking and deformation
- Have an oxygen diffusion barrier (EVOH coating)
- Are easy to install due to their flexible structure
- Have low thermal conductivity, reducing energy loss
Typically, PEX-A, PEX-B, PE-RT, or specialized 5-layer underfloor heating pipes are preferred. The pipe diameters are selected based on the project, flow rate, and area size (usually in the range of 16mm – 20mm).
