Empowering Women Through Kuzeyboru Sports
We believe that sustainability includes not only environmental but also social responsibility. With this belief, we established and continue to support the Kuzeyboruspor Women’s Volleyball Team, which plays a key role in increasing the visibility and empowerment of women in sports.
- Our team sets an example in promoting equal representation and leadership of women in sports, while also inspiring young girls.

Empower Women in Sports
At Kuzeyboru, we approach sustainability not only from an environmental perspective but also with a strong sense of social responsibility. Through our “ETKİNİZ” movement, we engage in social responsibility projects that add value to our community. We carry out impactful initiatives in areas such as education, culture, sports, and social solidarity.
The Çubuk Pasta Competition is an initiative designed to enhance the creativity and technical skills of young engineering candidates. In this competition, participants design bridges using limited materials, and these structures are tested for durability. This process allows them to develop not only engineering skills but also teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
In the competition, participants compete with pasta bridge models that they design and produce as a team. Teams are judged based on aesthetic originality and structural efficiency, and awards are given based on the total score in these areas.
With such projects, we aim to leave a lasting impact on society and strengthen the social dimension of sustainable development. To us, sustainability is not just about production, but about growing with people.
